Due to room availability, the audience will be limited to approximately 40 people, and a strict registration order will be kept.

Attached you may also find the FIArch Design Principles (V1.0) document that we would like to discuss with you during the event.

The FIArch group has conducted a systematic analysis of the design principles of the Internet in order to identify and to characterize the design principles that are expected to drive the architecture of the Future Internet. The goal of this workshop is to confront the results of this analysis and the conclusions proposed by the FIArch group on the known design principles of the Internet and their potential and/or possible evolution against a broader panel of experts active in architecture research.

Moreover, experts from different domains are invited to add their point of view/opinion to the discussion.

We invite the Future Internet stakeholders, researchers and "thinkers" of various FP7 projects involved in architectural research (from Networking/Objective 1.1 to FIRE/Objective 1.6), e.g., scientific & technical and/or architecture board members of these projects, to actively participate to this workshop.

More information, the design principles document and the final agenda will be available soon at the FIArch Group web page:

Looking forward to discuss with you on this very interesting and important topic.
